Houdini Lidar Scanner Setup

There has never been a better moment to learn Houdini!
This setup + tutorial will show you how to set up a lidar scanning effect.
I'll go through the setup and explain what has been done and show how I use VEX and Karma MaterialX XPU to render the scanner effect
